ClearDataplaneConfigOverride

Clear one project's override of one field, which returns the field to the value the bundle carries for that project. Clearing a field that carries no override reports cleared: false rather than failing.

Clearing a credential override also destroys the stored credential, so the reference stops resolving for anyone. The project's requests fall back to the deployment-wide credential once the data plane applies its next pull, which an administrator containing a leaked key has to check is not the leaked one: a clear revokes nothing at the provider.
