DeleteAlertDestination
DELETE /v1/customers/:customer_id/dataplanes/:workspace_id/alert-destinations/:id
DeleteAlertDestination removes the destination and then purges its
credential. Returns NOT_FOUND when no such destination exists in this
workspace.
