ListModels

/v1/customers/:customer_id/catalog/models

ListModels returns catalog models in one response, optionally filtered to a single provider via the provider_id query parameter. The list is not paginated: every page field is ignored, and next_page_token is always empty.

Naming customer_id makes this a tenant-path read: the caller is authorized at that customer and the response is redacted (see ListModelsRequest.customer_id). The rows are the same global catalog either way.
