StartSocialLogin

StartSocialLogin opens a Google or GitHub login, the same browser shape as StartSSOLogin and with the same signed state.

Corporate SSO and social login differ in where the provider is configured, not in how the flow runs: corporate is a row an administrator registers at runtime, while the social apps are deployment credentials supplied as environment variables, because their client secrets belong to the operator rather than to a tenant. That is why this takes a provider NAME from a closed set instead of a provider id.

Public of necessity: it runs before anyone is signed in.
