GetMcpOperationStats summarizes MCP calls: totals and groups by session, profile, backend, tool, client or method.

It counts operations, one row for each MCP call, and leaves out the backend fan-out rows of older data planes. For a session that has both, the current rows win over the older root row, chosen inside the requested window. ListMcpOperations returns the same operations.

Authorization is the same as GetUsageStats: metrics_reader and usage.read. A request that names customer_id is authorized against that customer and reads only its calls. A request that names no customer reads every customer, including calls recorded before the tenant was stored, and needs a platform usage.read grant.
