ListMcpOperations

/v1/mcp-operations

ListMcpOperations lists MCP calls, newest first: the operations that GetMcpOperationStats counts.

Authorization is the same as GetMcpOperationStats. client_ip and error_message are returned only to a signed-in user that a console acts for, and to a key with the admin or request_logs_reader scope. Other callers get them empty.
