GetCatalogServerOAuthClient

/v1/customers/:customer_id/projects/:project_id/mcp/catalog/servers/:id/oauth-client

GetCatalogServerOAuthClient returns the OAuth client that serves a catalog server in one project, as sign-in picks it: the project's own client, else the deployment's shared one. Never another project's, and never the client secret. NOT_FOUND when no active client serves the server. The Admin Console calls it before it starts an OAuth sign-in or fetches a server's tools, so it needs mcp edit.
