UpdateCatalogServer

UpdateCatalogServer replaces the content fields of an existing catalog server. It keeps the tools, the enabled state and the grants. A server that does not exist is NOT_FOUND, so an edit never brings back a server someone deleted. Every project that grants the server, and every owner of a profile that uses it, gets its routes regenerated.
