UpdateRateLimitPolicy

/v1/customers/:customer_id/projects/:project_id/policy/rate-limit-policies/{rate_limit_policy.id}

UpdateRateLimitPolicy updates mutable rate-limit policy fields. Omitted/empty scalar fields leave the existing value untouched. Enum fields set to *_UNSPECIFIED leave the existing value untouched. The policy id must be set inside the rate_limit_policy field.
