UpdateUserGroup

/v1/customers/:customer_id/projects/:project_id/policy/user-groups/{user_group.id}

UpdateUserGroup updates mutable user group fields. Omitted/empty scalar string fields leave the existing value untouched. The group id must be set inside the user_group field.
