ListSocialProviders

/v1/auth/social/providers

ListSocialProviders names the social logins this deployment has credentials for, so a sign-in page renders the buttons that will actually work. Public and thin for the same reason GetSSOProviderStatus is: it carries no client id and no secret, only the names.
