ListAttributeRoutingPolicies

/v1/policy/attribute-routing-policies

ListAttributeRoutingPolicies returns policies matching the filters, WITHOUT their rule bodies: the list surfaces show targets, modes, and a lightweight rule_count / distinct_destination_model_count summary. Use GetAttributeRoutingPolicy to load the rules themselves.
