ListApiKeys

/v1/api-keys

ListApiKeys returns the platform-wide API-key directory, including soft-deleted keys needed for historical spend attribution. It is intentionally restricted to platform admin keys; customer-scoped org admins are not elevated for this collection-wide operation. Filter by project_id and application_keys_only to find the key that serves one application; disabling that key with UpdateApiKey stops the application.
