ListDataplaneURLs

/v1/dataplane-urls

ListDataplaneURLs returns every dataplane URL the caller can reach. For a project with attached Project Gateways it returns one entry per configured gateway; otherwise it preserves the legacy one-entry-per-workspace shape. Key-deduced; no input is required. project_id narrows the list to one project, and include_unaddressed also lists the entries with no URL. Use GetDataplaneURL when one project's preferred URL is wanted.
