UpdateMcpOAuthClient applies a partial patch. Omitted scalar strings ("") leave the existing value untouched. A non-empty client_secret is stored under a new secret name; the previous secret is deleted once no live client uses it. Changing token_url or authorization_url of a confidential client requires client_secret in the same request, so the stored secret never goes to an endpoint it was not entered for.
