/v1/customers/:customer_id/projects/:project_id/users/:user_id/available-mcp-servers

ListAvailableMCPServers lists the MCP servers a user may attach to a profile in the given project: enabled catalog servers granted to the project (project_mcp_servers), each with its tool catalog so the client can pick which tools to enable on attach.
