/admin/v1/audit/logs:query

Query stored audit_logs entries with filtering and pagination. The read complement to the SIEM forwarder (which only exports) and the checkpoint verification RPCs (which only prove tamper-evidence): list and inspect entries over the API instead of standing up a SIEM.
