AckDataplaneUpgradeCredentials confirms the worker successfully materialised the credentials Secret in-cluster. MP DELETEs the ciphertext row immediately — no 30-day retention. Workspace claim must match. Idempotent: a second Ack on an already-deleted row returns success.
